In terms of material selection, we choose the surface materials which are not easy to crack and deform, such as HDF board and plywood board. Surface treatment: before the primer paint is made, the wood surface is sealed with wooden eye treatment to make the wood surface compact and water vapor is not easy to invade, and the wood surface is sealed again with hardening primer on both sides. Make the wood completely separate from the external environment; after finishing the primer, do a white primer to make the paint surface fuller. On this basis, use 2-3 times of color paint. The color paint must be very thin and evenly sprayed to ensure the complete coverage of white paint. The last paint is a protective layer to ensure that the white paint does not darken after a period of use.
